E-Dee Martin is a native of Longmont CO, is a graduate of both Longmont High School and Colorado Christian University, where she earned a degree in organizational management.  She works as a business consultant for Szych Consulting.

"I believe the US Continental Pageant gives those of us involved a unique opportunity to achieve both our gals and dreams."  E-Dee's platform is "Making Kindness Count" and she will take that message to the groups she speaks to and events she will participate in this coming year.

E-Dee hopes her year as Ms. US Continental will enable her to "foster a new image of pageantry.  I grew up as a dancer, and have participated in various pageants since I was seven years old.  This title gives me a chance to take my message of kindness to many people, and I'm excited about that opportunity."

An accomplished public speaker and emcee, E-Dee has also served as a judge for a number of pageants.  She said her goal is to help other realize "we need to be kin to each other all the time, not just after moments of crisis or following a natural disaster.  It's the little things, like being kinder to someone who's in line with us at a store, or to avoid road rage when we're driving.  I want to spread that message to many I come in contact with."  E-Dee will make herself available for corporate and community events and other activities where she can be a guest speaker.  E-Dee also serves as a mentor for at-risk high school students.
