I understand that while I may withdraw from the competition at any time, under no circumstances nor for any reason shall I be entitled to any refund whether, whole or in part, of my sponsorship (title deposit) and or registration fee.  I also understand that any fees collected for the program book are nonrefundable.  I will agree to the rules and regulations stated within and will comply full in agreement.

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

Entrants ages must be between:  Ms: 20 to 60.  Teen contestants must be at least 12 and no older than 19.  Mrs: between 20 and 60.

 

Contestant must reside, work, go to school or her family must own property in that state at the time of entry.

 

Ms. Contestants may be married, single, divorced or widowed.  Mrs. Contestants must be married.

 

Contestant must be born a female.

 

Contestant must never have nor will during her reign, pose for any photography, video, or film associated with nudity or pornography.

 

Contestant must not have been convicted of a felony crime.

 

Contestant will be subject to a registration fee for each pageant.

 

Areas of competition:  Ms., 33% private interview, 33% fitness (aerobic wear), 33% evening gown.  Teen, 33% private interview, 33% fitness (swimsuit), 33% evening gown.  Mrs., 33% private interview, 33% fitness (aerobic wear), 33% evening gown.

 

If contestant relinquishes any title given her or cannot compete in the national competition for any reason, all prizes and or scholarships must be returned in full, and in condition received.

 

I hereby release unconditionally and forever any claim against the Ms US & Teen Continental Pageant and US Continental Pageants, it officers and directors, which I may have by virtue of my participation in the pageant or any use of my name, likeness, voice or biography in connection with this program, including use in promotional and advertising material.

 

I do hereby make application for entry as a contestant in the Ms. US Continental, Mrs. US Continental or Miss Teen US Continental Pageant.

I will agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the National Pageant as a contestant and agree that the decision of the judges will be final.

 

I permit the Ms. & Teen US Continental & US Continental Pageants the right to use my photograph for publicity purposes in connection with the competition and if any portion of the competition is televised live or by the use of film or video tape, I do so permit.

 

I understand that if selected as the winner of one of these programs, that for one year my professional affairs as said winner will be under the sole management of the US Continental Pageants.  That I will not give any written or oral endorsements commercially without the expressed permission of the said name.
